2. Yin & Yang
Yin & Yang was designed and fabricated by Brian Chessmar for a private residence in Malibu California and for Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital CA. This sculpture was fabricated out of 316 L stainless steel. 316 L stainless steel was chosen for it’s inherent ability to withstand the corrosive nature of a marine environment. It also has been polished to a mirror finish, which enhances the fluidity of the sculpture.

3. "Alliance"
Alliance is an indoor/outdoor sculpture fabricated out of 316 L stainless steel. These sculptures were designed by artist Brian Chessmar and are located at a private residences in Santa Barbara and Montecito California.

Transformation is stainless steel and steel. This sculpture is an example of how Chessmar merges the base into the design of the sculpture.

5. "On The Edge"
On the edge is an indoor piece fabricated out of steel, which is protected by a industrial strength top coat in order to prevent any oxidation. This is another example how Chessmar incorporates the base into the concept and design of the sculpture ultimately elimating the pedestal.

10. "Dancers Vorticity"
Dancers Vorticity is a stainless steel sculpture, which was fabricated out of 316 L stainless steel for its inherent beauty and its ability to withstand a harsh marine environment. It has a natural brushed finish, which enhances the intrinsic splendor within the metal. Location— Santa Barbara California.

11. "Orbibital Salutations"
Orbital Salutations was designed and fabricated out of 316 stainless steel by Brian Chessmar for a private residence in Los Angeles, CA. It stands 3 feet tall and encompasses the theme of balance where Chessmar pushes the physical limits of the steel, which can be seen as a common thread that binds many of Chessmar's works. Chessmar has recently fabricated an 8 foot version of Orbital salutations for a private residence in Malibu CA.

This fabricated stainless steel sculpture was designed for a private residence in Montecito California. 316 L stainless steel was also chosen for this sculpture because of its inherent ability to withstand the corrosive nature of a marine environment.

16. "Wu Wei"
Wu Wei is another fabricated silicon bronze sculpture / fountain with a liver of sulfur and ferric nitrate patina. It is located at a private residence in Hope Ranch Ca. In 2010 Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital commissioned Chessmar to fabricate a larger version of Wu Wei for their Central Garden.

17. "Alliance"
